Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. fence win will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
fence win operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. fence win will process all submitted KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome via your registered email address.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals via Rocket and Upay may take up to 30 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
fence win does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fence win accepts no responsibility.
Responsible Use of Funds
You confirm that all funds deposited into your fence win account are your own legally obtained funds and are not derived from any criminal activity. fence win maintains the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions and to request source-of-funds documentation where deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fence win reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after giving thirty (30) days' written notice to the player's registered email address. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
Bonus Eligibility

Prohibited Bonus Strategies
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension: placing bets on opposite outcomes to hedge a bonus position; using bonus funds to systematically bet on outcomes with near-certain returns at low odds; coordinating bonus usage with other accounts; and any strategy that fence win reasonably determines is designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
Expiry of Bonuses
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their account.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure
fence win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

- Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Suspected or confirmed multi-accounting or identity sharing.
- Receipt of a chargeback request from a player's payment provider.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their fence win account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion period cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
Effect of Closure
